What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

How long does the order processing time take?

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

How long does shipping usually take?

Most orders arrive within 7-25 business days of the shipping date, however, it can take up to 40 business days for orders to arrive.Please note that this is the estimation only and we do not guarantee delivery dates. Some locations (Latin America, Africa, Middle East) could take longer to deliver. Also we experience some delays with orders that shipped in Greece lately take sometimes up to 12 Weeks to arrive. Note: The Item Guarantee Period lasts 60 business days (not including the processing time) and the buyer is eligible for a reshipment of order or money refund after this period. International customers, please note that your shipping charge DOES NOT include any customs/duties fees that you may incur. In the event that you receive free shipping, the courier cost will be free, but any customs/duties fees incurred will still be responsible by the customer. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”).

I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

I entered the wrong address, how can I get this fixed?

Send us an email to [email protected] immediately after the order is placed on our system so we can correct this before your order ships out. Please include [WRONG ORDER INFO] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. The correct input of the shipment details in our store is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

I want to change something in my order, how can I do this?

Just send an email to [email protected] immediately after the order is placed on our system so we can change your order for you. Please make the subject of the email [CHANGE] so that we can spot the inquiry and prioritize it.

How orders delivered, What happens if i am not home?

Most orders will be delivered by your local post service as regular registered mail, (USPS for the United States, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom). If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your package should be collected.
