Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Please request your cancellation within 12 hours of the time of purchase.

Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

I Placed an Order but never received a confirmation email from you. What do i do?

Our confirmation emails are sent out automatically by our order fulfillment system. If you did not receive this email from us, kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I entered the wrong address, how can I get this fixed?

Send us an email to [email protected] immediately after the order is placed on our system so we can correct this before your order ships out. Please include [WRONG ORDER INFO] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. The correct input of the shipment details in our store is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

I want to change something in my order, how can I do this?

Just send an email to [email protected] immediately after the order is placed on our system so we can change your order for you. Please make the subject of the email [CHANGE] so that we can spot the inquiry and prioritize it.

I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Most orders arrive within 7-25 business days of the shipping date, however, it can take up to 40 business days for orders to arrive.Please note that this is the estimation only and we do not guarantee delivery dates. Some locations (Latin America, Africa, Middle East) could take longer to deliver. Also we experience some delays with orders that shipped in Greece lately take sometimes up to 10 Weeks to arrive. Note: THE ITEM GUARANTEE PERIOD IS 60 DAYS (not including the processing time) and THE BUYER IS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND AFTER THE PERIOD OF 60 DAYS PASSES. International customers, please note that your shipping charge DOES NOT include any customs/duties fees that you may incur. In the event that you receive free shipping, the courier cost will be free, but any customs/duties fees incurred will still be responsible by the customer. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”).

How orders delivered, What happens if i am not home?

Most orders will be delivered by your local post service as regular registered mail, (USPS for the United States, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom). If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your package should be collected.

Where are your Items Shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and China). As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.

My Package is Stuck in Customs. What can i do?

Customs, Postal Services & Techkiddo are different entities, hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services and cannot be made responsible for the customs services in your country. Payment of customs charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at the Techkiddo. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. If your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and asking them to release your items.
